Lead Guitar

On lead guitar, Pat Kane has been playing music professionally for a decade and has loved reggae music for even longer. His style is firmly rooted in the blues, yet branches out to all forms of music from folk to funk and beyond. Staying true to the spirit of reggae's roots as well as adding a touch of his own inspirations is part of what give the Kooligans a sound of their own.

Percussion

Holding down percussions for the Kooligans is Omar Sharif.. Although African drums have always been in and around Omar's family it's been just a few years since he has been playing with a purpose..As a Spoken Word Artist and Author it has always about the rhythm for Omar and he intends to keep pushing it adding to the already rich and unique core sound of the Kooligans...

Bass

Laying down the groove for the KOOLIGANS is Dalton Gills. Dalton is a seasoned bassist who grew up around live music. Formerly self taught Dalton studied Jazz, Funk, Blues, Music Theory and Relative Pitch ear training. Inspired by Keith Richards, Jeff Beck and Jaco Pastorius.

Drums

Behind the skins is the heartbeat of it all, Brad Dunn. Self tought for 24 years and inspired by a wide spectrum of genres including funk, jazz, rock, reggae, metal, blues and country.

Keys

Bubbling on the top, is Mike Kane with the organ and pianos. An avid listener and learner of all soulful music, regardless of genre, working to direct each note with energy and intention. Reggae's transformative element is the inspiration behind his role in The Kooligans, and continues to incorporate this into all his musical projects.

Guitar

Rhythm guitarist for the Kooligans is Ben Noji. After a ten year break from playing music Ben got back into the scene by playing open mics and meeting local musicians. He linked up with Pat Kane and was asked to play guitar for a reggae project Pat was putting together. Ben adds the authentic reggae chenk to the rhythm section of the Kooligans.
